Suggestions (Cast delay items) - KaminoKaoru - 05-26-2012 I'm a relatively??new Ragnarok player and thus I am mostly unfamiliar with the high-end equipment especially the heRO custom items. I would like to ask for suggestions on items that can reduce after-cast delay and, if possible, an estimate of the current market price and source (such as quest or monster) of the item. Thanks!
