As for today's trivia, the Ninja class was officially added in September 2007, while the Gunslinger class was released in October 2007!

Trivia time! The Prontera Orphanage was added in March of 2007. Usually to become a baby class you have to be adopted by two characters married to each other. With the addition of the orphanage, you may become a baby class without being adopted.
As an orphaned baby class, you may receive full heals for free until you reach Lv 70. At that point, Granny Kathy will consider you grown up and will reward you with a Neko Mimi headgear, and you will no longer be able to receive the orphanage's benefits.

As for today's trivia, Monster of the Moment was added in April of 2013, and the first one included only 1 monster: Anolian. Since then the feature has evolved and usually includes 3 monsters of different difficulties. More recently we have boosts which double drop rates, and highlights which are solely for MVPs that receive temporary changes to promote fighting them.

For the last 3 days of October, I'll be talking about info on upcoming updates rather than trivia.
Today's topic is about the ninja class, specifically Huuma builds. They aren't exactly great or anywhere near what magic build is, so we've been brainstorming and so far have come with an interesting solution: Promiting them to be physical/magic hybrid builds.
For example, having a huuma cast Lv. 1 Wind Blade on all targets hit by Throw Huuma Shuriken. Adding 10% MATK to existing or future Huuma gear, the new elemental shurikens would tie spells along with Ninja's physical attacks with magical spells for a hybrid approach to give Ninja a new niche. Nothing is set in stone, but around November we'll start testing, hoping for the best!

Yesterday's info on upcoming updates is regarding new costumes via the Faeheim and Lutia Costume Crafters. What's coming soon? Well, here's some you might be interested in: Drooping Pixie, Heart Hairpin, Sprout Hat, Mother's Kindness, Coppola, Headset, Darkness Helm, Polar Bear Cap, Winter Scarves, Side Ribbons, and all the new 2019 backpacks! Those are only a few of the costumes we're adding, so stay tuned!
As for today's info on new updates, it involves new cards. As some of you have heard already, we're straying away from our old stance of not releasing custom cards until they have a card art. This way we can release cards along with new content release instead of waiting around only to be able to release a fraction of the cards in comparison to the amount of new monsters. But don't worry, we'll still do art contests, and maybe we'll even add new categories!
Here's three of the new cards we have in the works. Keep in mind these effects are all subject to change at any time.
Haunted Cruiser, ID 8917 - Weapon
Prefix: ????
Increase damage of Piercing Shot by 20%
[Revolver]
Decrease the SP cost of Piercing Shot by 5
[Rifle]
Piercing Shot knocks the target back by 3 cells
Intent: Sword guardian for a GS skill, but 20% base since skill is already def piercing.
Santa Snowring Card, ID 8934 - Accessory
Prefix: Hasty
AGI + 3, Flee + 3
Intent: Stat +3 series accessory, but STR/DEX/INT are superior to the other stats, so there's a bit of extra just like how Amistr card has 3 luk but also 2 dex as the something extra to help brewing.
Amistrodon Card, ID 8921 - Armor
Prefix: Salesman's
Max HP + 300
Increase the recovery rate of healing items by 3%
[Merchant Class]
ATK + 20
INT + 2
Intent: Echio has 30k hp and gives swordsman one of the best class armor cards, so why not pick out other tough monsters to do the same?
This is the last daily post for this year's 14th Anniversary, it's been fun sharing all sorts of trivia and info about the server. Next year HeRO turns 15! I'm not sure there's many or any private servers around that have lasted that long! And it's all thanks to your continued love and support over the years!

It's no coincidence we had an increase in new and returning players this month. Many of them have said they found us via RMS or word of mouth, so reviews really do help!

As usual, through sheer attrition and being a stable, old server, heRO rose to be third place out of all low rate servers in RMS! However, we can't secure our place without continued support. Please spare us some of your time and write/renew your review for heRO!

Thanks for the review, Jevak, and sorry about your experience. While Prontera is the game's main town, players may be spread out in other towns, fields or dungeons. Main Chat has mostly been "replaced" by our discord server as well, with the general chattiness happening there, as players can talk there as well without being online ingame.
I noticed you gave low scores on server availability/stability/class balance, though you didn't explain why. HeRO has been up for 14 years and counting, and is well-known for its stability and lag-free gameplay, with gears and cards that make less-than-stellar builds more efficient and enjoyable.
