Fishing/Mining - Chocoz - 12-01-2006
The question is very simple and i think this is the place to post it (couldnt find a better one)
- Do i keep advancing even when i get 50 fishing/mining points? (you receive a mensage saying you are already 50.. but is that true?)
- What are the itens rate? (for fishing at least)
- Do the chance of breaking/losing the pick/bait decrease with level?
I guess that is all

50 is the cap if I recall well, you shouldnt be able to go above that in fishing for sure, mining I'm not 100% sure because gm-scott modified it at some point.
As for the chances, you have better chances of catching better stuff the higher your point count is. I don't have the exact rate, some items can only be caught once you got a certain amount of points (like the obb and some types of fish too).
Bait is always taken, no matter the point. For picks, yes, you got less chance of breaking it at higher level or points.
