Well, card hunting is an extremely tedious and necessary evil that not many people really want to do, as many put if off for leveling with excuses like: "I can do it more efficiently later when I'm higher level". Given the probability of things, there are chances you may never ever get the drop you're hoping for. There's also chances some random person will come up after you've been hunting a particular card for weeks and they get it on their first kill, or if you kill 1 wrong monster, you'll get a card you weren't wanting.

Of course if someone is offering to hunt cards, people are going to flood his to-do list with their many many many many wants.

Yes, what Lengthendary Joe said, it's better to have someone do the dirty job while you go hack stuff in WatchDogs. :D
