Support ticket - No ticket-number email - IsaacZeal - 02-09-2014 Hello I tried opening a support ticket a couple hours ago and I still didn't get the email with the ticket number. Is that normal? How long does it usually take? I wanted to update the ticket with something I have learned since creating it. Thanks in advance. Both in my email application and online because the spam folder on gmail imap sometimes.. skips stuff <.< EDIT(2014 02 10): What I mainly want to know is if I can make another ticket without spamming up anything and annoying the people who work these tickets, possibly facing consequences. Sooo I was making a new ticket and the auto complete let me know why it failed so utterly: I was out of it enough to use gmail.net instead of gmail.com. Right. My apologies for wasting everybody's time and thanks for your help. |
