Zurran found the crazy merchant in Yuno Field 10 (Northeast of Aldebaran), near an abandoned castle! It was selling a Valkyrie Helm, a Maiden Hat, and 3 Old Card Albums!
It's back up somewhere, selling stuff for low prices! Good luck finding it!

The Crazy Merchant was found by Serienn in Prontera! It was disguised as a cat, and was selling 25 dories and 2 rough enriched ore near the Pet Enthusiast NPC!
It's hiding somewhere again, good luck finding it~!

The Crazy Merchant was found by Ant Elle, Lady Hawk and Parrie! (The first 2 didn't clear out the stock :P)
It was in lutia01, selling over 30 muscovite, an old card album, and a Dreamstone!
The merchant is hiding again, good luck finding it!

The Crazy Merchant was found! He was hiding in the Crystal Shrine (lutia_in03), which is located in the snow harpy map in the Lutia region. It was selling the following:
- 1 Old Card Album
- 1 Icering Card
- 1 Dark Randgris Helm
The merchant set up shop somewhere in Lutia again, good luck finding it!~

Cyllie found the crazy merchant! She was hiding at lutia11 (crystal shore town/field), and was selling a hat voucher, a nekoring card and a wandering wolf helm!

Akua Geulin found the crazy merchant! It was just outside Kaldheim, selling an Orcring Card, 1 Enriched Oridecon and 5 Event Bags!
The Merchant is hiding again somewhere, good luck finding him!
She's currently selling the following:
- Frozen Diadem [1] with +2 INT Enchant
- Arctic Wings
- 20 Medium Life Potions

Szandou Mabrolo found the crazy merchant! He was inside the Kaldheim Restaurant (lutia_in04), selling 1 Ijsbal Egg, 1 Magni Cap refined to +7, and 1 Enriched Elunium.
