All mobs are semi transparent and have the same bio3-ish aura, it's easy to miss. :P

Zanaffar found the crazy merchant in Splendide, disguised as a pinguicula, it was selling the following: 1 Garden Keeper Backpack, 1 Sprint Shoes, and 1 Sprint Mail.
The Crazy Merchant will return in August!

The Crazy Merch was found by Szandou Mabrolo! It was in Beacon Island (Comodo Field 07), near the rogue guild, selling the items listed on the post above.

The Crazy Merchant was found by Sweezey! It was in Einbroch Field 03 (1 North then 1 West from einbroch), selling a Rafflesia Egg, 100 Shoots (Rafflesia Food), 1 GM Service ticket and 1 Plain Black Mage Hat!
The Crazy Merchant will vend again soon, so stay tuned for updates!
