The merchant is selling items yet again!
Hint 1: it's pay to win!
Note: this one can be anywhere, quest or no quest, indoor or outdoor. For the difficulty boost, I've thrown in an extra costume.

Crazy Merchant is found by Hatsune-Miku! The merchant was hiding as a green plant in some moss-covered grounds in Fairy Paradise, where you have to pay the greedy fairies 50,000 Zeny to enter it every time, thus it is "pay to win!"
The merchant was selling:
-100 Calla lily flower
-Pixie's Letter
-Old Card Album
-5 Cookie Bag
-1 Plant Card
-1 Costume Boy's Cap <= extra due to requiring Moscovia quest access
