She was in the Shout Tower in Louyang, selling the following:
- +7 Helm of Hermes
- +5 Hair Brush
- +5 Heavenly Maiden Robe with a specially carded Picky Egg Card (+1 VIT, +100 HP)
Edit 5/3/2016: To avoid having 2 cards inside one armor, the heavenly maiden robe with Picky Egg Card was traded for another heavenly maiden robe, but with a +3% HP enchant.

Wow, someone found her before I even went on autotrade! But they only bought a matyr-carded Crystal Pumps, so she's still hidden around somewhere selling 2 more items!
Edit: Maybe selling in Prontera under a fake name wasn't a good change of pace. Angel Kitty Bought a +3% HP Glittering Jacket and a +1 DEX Principles of Magic!
