Cart Boost Bug? - Menace651 - 10-24-2015 Is the description for Cart Boost wrong or is there a bug with Cart Boost? I am losing the buff while in quagmire and can't re-cast it in quagmire. However, the skill description says it shouldnt be affected by such skills.
