Ah, so weird, but,
When i logged onto my account a little while ago,
My character was a 74 novice, with random headgear on?
I tried logging on, and it said the character was banned,
So i tried another one, and it logged on as another novice, 74 with a sphinx hat on.
They were almost my characters, but Wrong class, level, etc.
The stats were the same though.

Make sure you are using the newest updates. I have had this same problem before on other servers. It seems to have come from the server switching .exe files. If you are using the most up-to-date heRO.exe it should go away.
