I just pointing out why bother open a vendor on unvisible part of a town just to sell 100m jellopy. Who gonna buy that ? as if its just an intention to increase "online" population. Therefore people abuse multi account system just to make it like the server always have some specific amount of online players. However since its people rights to do that in game I guess that's fine.
but lets just back to the main topic, if people want buying vendor why dont apply that in the first place ? is there a reason for that ?

Update: Buying stores have been tested and work fine. An NPC will be added in the following days in Alberta (to the right from the nobility NPC). It will sell buying store permits at 1,000 zeny each.
A poring smash after a fabre tame and another one hosted in poring island just a while ago contained porings with a few buying permits inside. So you might notice a few lucky people already set up shop.
