Whoof, this one looks like it'd be fairly pricey. If the Wiki is up to date, this card is NOT available through OCA/DCA, so the only way to get it is either to farm it's 2 Spawns on New Poring Isle and Poporing isle, or get it from someone who already has it.
Accessory card that does the following:
INT +1.
Increase damage with Frost Nova by 100%.
Increase damage with Frost Diver and Falling Ice Pillar by 20%.
Increase damage with Water Ball by 5%.
Increase Water Ball's SP cost by 10%.
I know when it was released quite a few people hunted it for that waterball damage boost. (Though it was easier since it had a spawn on old poring isle then, and I think it was instant? That was before the Rainbowring Nation attacked...) It seemed like some of them was disapointed by the low % boost to waterball though.
If you happen to have a card, awesome, or if you happen to have one in a bradium earring, that'd also be wonderful. No Idea on the price, but the rarity alone makes me think it'd be more than 15 m.
