Brasilis Monster Updates - GM-Ciar - 02-23-2019 Hello heroes! We've done some balance & quality of life updates to Brasilis Field and Dungeon. Below, you can find the changes done to each mob, as well as an explanation for it. Piranha Level: 45 -> 39 Max attack: 362 -> 302 Items Changes: Removed Mystic Frozen Removed Sharp Scale Removed Gladius Ancient Lips increased from 30% -> 60% Fisherman's Dagger lowered from 0.75% -> 0.60% Added Crystal Blue at 3% Skills: Added Bleeding Lv 1 at 5% chance, 1s cast time (interruptible), 5s cooldown on attack Removed Critical Slash in angry mode (critical slash in attack mode is kept) Notes: Changed its drops to be more in line with something of its difficulty as it should not rival Mavka who is lot harder to reach or defeat. Lowered attack power, Hit/Flee lowered indirectly due to level decrease will make it easier for melee classes. Iara Level: 59 -> 49 Def: 0 -> 10 MDef: 76 -> 56 Items Changes: Removed monster's feed Witherless Rose 0.9% -> 0.3% Poison Bottle 0.45% -> 0.6% Angel's Dress 0.15% -> 0.3% Notes: Increased defense but indirectly lowered Hit/Flee to make it slightly easier for melee. No changes were made to its skills. Headless Mule MDef: 44 -> 30 Vit: 50 -> 20 Dex: 67 -> 60 Exp: 5055 (0.76 exp/hp) -> 9930 (1.5 exp/hp) No change to Job Exp Items Changes: Removed Burning Heart Cursed Ruby increase from 3% to 9% Skills: Bleeding Lv 3 -> Lv 1, rate from 20% to 5%, delay from 3s to 5s Curse Attack: only used when chasing instead of chase+attack Notes: Its defense is no longer absurdly high for its intended difficulty. It still tries to curse at relatively high rate if you try to ignore them to do puppy, but won't curse anymore if you are there to engage them. Jaguar Level: 41 -> 31 Vit: 45 -> 20 Agi: 30 -> 40 Min atk: 293 -> 173 Def: 44 -> 5 Exp: 3600 (0.91 exp/hp) -> 5479 (1.45 exp/hp) Movespeed: 200 -> 160 Item Changes: Removed Obsidian Dagger Sandals[1] increase from 0.75% to 1.8% Notes: Mostly defense/difficulty drop again. Sandals raised to 1.8% to match Disguise's 1.5% on Hood[1] for availability to the worst slotted gear, except there's only 10 jaguar on the map so it's slightly higher and the drop is shared with Toucan. Toucan Vit: 40 -> 5 Agi: 14 -> 44 Attack range: 2 -> 1 Min attack: 256 -> 216 Max attack: 323 -> 256 Exp: 3295 -> 5096 (1.4 exp/hp) JExp: 3600 -> 5096 (1.4 jexp/hp) Item Changes: Removed Cyfar Removed Jujube Dagger Removed Hood[1] Added Sandals[1] at 1.8% Skills: No longer has critical slash Notes: Exp increased to make it more viable of a leveling spot. Now shares sandal drop with jaguar so there's some super niche reason if you need any footwear for super refining purposes. Curupira Exp: up to 4955 (1.6 exp/hp) JExp: up to 5296 (1.9 exp/hp) Def: 42 -> 15 Vit: 38 -> 45 (to match Savage) Agi: 23 -> 30 Luk: 10 -> 20 Min atk: 212 -> 182 Max atk: 268 -> 238 Speed: 120 -> 140 Size: Medium -> Large Element: Earth 1 -> Earth 2 Item Changes: White Herb 30% -> Yellow Potion 12% Samambaia 0.3% -> 0.75% Skills: Stone Curse: only used on attack mode, 5% chance, 1.5s cast time, uninterruptible, 30s delay, lowered to lv 4 Pang Voice: used in any mode, 10% on random target, 1.5s cast time, interruptible, 10s delay Bash: lv 2, 5%, 1s cast time, 5s cooldown, interruptible Ground Attack: lv 2, 5%, 1s cast time, 5s cooldown, interruptible Notes: Lowered usage of stone curse to make it a better leveling spot, and added Pang Voice instead as a minor hazard to those questing for puppies, also serving as a nice callback to the monster's real life lore in which it confuses travelers. Confusion is easily curable with green potion, so it's not a major downside. Boitata Level: 93 -> 81 Attack Range: 1 -> 2 Def: 32 -> 22 Int: 109 -> 130 No item changes. Now it's less punishing to tank due to no 2h quicken+power up together. It is now stronger against range due to occasional wall of fog and has pseudo-asura protection by wasting champ's time a bit to heal more during idle, but otherwise mostly the same as before. |
