Hi guys. When I try launching the game, I'll enter my username and password, and then the game just closes. How can I see server status before submitting a ticket (if needed)?

Hello, the server address is having issues currently. To get around it until it's fixed, you can check out this post.
As for the server status, you can check RMS or the control panel's server status page.
