Moon rabbit hat[1]+7 slotted cendrawasih card vs dress hat[1]+7 cendrawasih card (also should I slot isilla card for speed cast instead of cendrawasih card?) ?.

if you want just the matk the moon rabbit hat with cendrawasih card, dress hat leave it alone for something that heals to get better profit from it.
Isillia is better ONLY if you are (2 int) close to MATK bonuses from int level. (further explication here: https://irowiki.org/classic/Stats#INT )
