That scene is from the movie "Knocking on Heaven's Door" or Cowboy Bebop the Movie.

Not to defend Naruto or anything, (hate with a passion) but this seems more like homage to Cowboy Bebop than ripping off a scene.

Kinda an easter egg for Bebop fans. I just wish a better show than Naruto did it.

lolz, i never respected for naruto as anime but i never expected them to be that low as to copy another anime. bebop is really good, anyone who haven't seen it i pity them.

now i have lost absolute respect for even the story board director, heck the whole production team while i'm at it. that is just beyond low. and i felt kinda insulted that they put bebop scene in naruto even as homage. it felt kinda like paying respect to the greatest thing ever in the most poorest form ever. because they are paying homage to one of the best anime ever made in an anime that is famed for having 99.99% fillers. (exaggerated but not by much, no offense to naruto fans)

lolz, bebop reminded me of my original sailor moon and dragon ball laser disks. the ones bigger than a dinner plate XD and my doraemon collection too. *sigh*

omg i just remembered i have a video tape of astro boy in black and white somewhere XD.

Any anime that exceeds Ranma 1/2 in it's very length and repetitiveness is very daunting, i will not watch Naruto >o

but i may watch the movies, so i may actually have some wonky idea of what all the fanboy/girls are gossiping about
