I've been really interested in playing heRo since i bumped into an add on Ratemyserver.net but i have quite a few questions that i couldn't find in the site.
1. No Platinum Skill NPC: I wanted to know if this meant that you are not able to obtain Job skills such as arrow crafting for archers or back slide for thiefs? or does it mean that you can't just get it automatically by talking to an npc but have to actually have to do it like normal Ro.
2. It says in specs that you have a working 3-1 and 3-2 system. This is what REALLY is drawing my attention to this server (as well as all the custom stuff!). But what I was wondering, is that like between 1 and 2-1/2-2 there are some prerequisites to certain skills and since i don't see the class listed full or at all on the main site i wouldn't know what I need to get to get something else (like a skill tree).
I think that's all the questions I had. I hope someone can help me out :3

as for your first question, yes you have to do the quests for the platinum skills.
As for your second question, I'm not sure what you're talking about....

1. Sir will have to do the quest like the official RO server. Ratemyserver has the actual quest listed out, and to obtain those skills, one will have to follow those exact procedures.
2. Namin? just went to heRO's page in RMS right now and it did not say working 3-1 and 3-2 anywhere... o_o; not sure on what is with that... heRO does not have the 3-1 or 3-2 class. Currently in terms of update, heRO is right up to the end of Rachel by the end of the year (heRO uses a phase system where updates are given weekly instead of all the new changes piled together at once in order for players to adjust, and also to catch bugs, if any. heRO does not have Nameless Island or Moscovia within 2007, it seems.)
Ms. Pandora have said in a forum post that it is not very hopeful to get 3-1 and 3-2 classes with all the ep.12 updates for heRO so soon. heRO has always strived for great stability over rushed updates to avoid server wipe at all cost. The fact that even official server has just recently got these updates to the point that there is not even any precise information on what their skills are, it isn't very realistic for any private servers (including heRO) to have an accurate depiction of these new updates in a bug-free environment.

About the 3-1 3-2, that's probably a mistake. At some point the reborn/trans class were called that, that's what it meant. We don't have the ranger and arch bishop yet, those are not on official server yet. But we do have all trans classes, Super novice, TK, Soul Linker, Star Gladiator, Ninja and Gunslinger.

for Rune knights, Arch Bishop, Ranger... and so on those wont be out till sometime in 2008 so dont expect it too soon id say

Can someone explain these arch bishops, rangers, warlock deal? IS that AFTER a trans class or whats up...im a tad bit confused.

It's new classes that gravity has announced, they are NOT on official server till 2008, and not on hero for a while after that.
Basically they are alternative to transing. Your character at 99 can either reborn or continue up to base level 150 with one of those new class.
