Ok when ever you kill something you get a certain amount of EXP as we all know that adds a certain percentage to our lvl, but no matted what ammount of exp i get that levels me up. 5%,40%,500% i always seem to only gain one level. Now heres my question for the kiel quest you get something like 700k exp for finishing it. That seems a bit unfair seeming as thats only 1 lvl regardless. am i wrong or something.

700k is a lot but hardly a level... Namin? did Rachel Sanctuary quest which should generate even more exp than 700k (1 mil?), and it gave Namin? 1%. For those at lower level, guess that it may seem 'unfair' how the quest does not generate multiple levels accordingly... But hence is why, some guides online recommend quests to be done at a specific level to enjoy maximum benefits.
(and, nothing can go wrong and no exp will be ever 'wasted' by doing quests at lv 98... one will need all the help to reach the last level.)

lol to your signature. As far as the experience goes. like Ms. Namin? said, 700k isn't really that much. When you are level 67 it takes 687,211 and once you reach level 68 you need 740,988, so I guess to "enjoy maximum benefits"
I would suggest waiting until lvl 68 =p Also, Kiel isn't exactly a low level dungeon

Our server svn is set so you dont gain multiple level even if you get more than 100% I think.

Yep, it is. So even if you kill a super hard monster at low level you'll never gain more than 1 level. It's a setting and we chose it that way.

I have a question, if you get like 150% do you get the 50% or just the 100?

You can gain up to around a hundred and ninety percent but you just can't cross over that second level.

Is the quesst exp multiplied by the same base exp rate or is it kept like iRO and whatnot?
