Who was selling it? And by "This morning" you mean about 1-2 hours ago? That was me O_o Got it from a Salamander I killed
As for the value of those items:
Zipper bear: 7m
+7 Glittering 15m
+5 Buckler 1.5m
If that's your offer I'd say it's about 23m in value
