Fang of garm are always sold in pront, by Hibiki and Bloody who have from like 10 or more to 1700 or so of them. Go check. I can sell you a mystic frozen or 20 when you see me in game. Or you can mine them. I have the other materials, but not spare I am using them for my phoenix and arctic wings. If you still need mystic frozen just pm me in game. Geffenia is the only way to get false angel wings. People charge way to much for them...

I always encourage players to hunt instead of relying to shop... overly relying on shops too much will just give shops more excuses to get some items more expensive. While some items are indeed quite a pain to hunt because it's too rare or the monster is too hard, Ice Cubic in this list is very easy. Snow Bunny is easily handled at your character's level, and it drops ice cubic decently. They are not hard to find on Garm's map (Garm is not hard to avoid due to slow moving speed.)
