Make sure your files are not protected in writting. RE: Error when updating Sakray - Nidsrule - 06-11-2008 02:52 AM I had the same problem, my updater would die during the latest patches. I ended up manually downloading and patching both sakray and kro. I won't link directly to the page I used (it was on another servers forums) so your best bet would be to search "kro manual patch" on Google and follow the instructions. The process can take a while, since you have to download every single patch (that your client is trying to update) separately. This will save you from having to download 2+ gigs of full installers though.
