What's with 90% of the maps being un-memoable ? I haven't seen a single map that can be memo'd beside towns or castles regions... Pretty much all other field maps are locked. What's the idea?

No idea, Gravity decided to nerf warp portal I guess.

The same maps were locked when you introduced the last SvN. But you changed the settings and allowed those maps to be memo'ed again. I am pretty sure maps like Eddga's map was locked when the last SvN was introduced at first, but then you changed it and made that map available for memo. If you go through the changelog for the previous SvN I am sure you'll find that change.
