ok i've downloaded this server twice and niether times has it worked, this is what happens, i wait for it to download so as it gets to 99% then its done loading then it closes really fast and nothing comes up

From what I know it usually happens when the file corrupts while downloading. I remember I downloaded it like 4 or 5 times and nothing, in the end I asked a friend to download the file for me, burning a DVD with it and worked. Try doing that.
You can ask him/her to install the game and copy the RO folder on a DVD too, it also works without any problem.

How much free space do you have on your hard drive?
Also, try downloading it with a download manager program perhaps. Even if the file corrupts you should still see it once the download is done, you sure there is nothing where you save it?
