Arrow Crafting..? - sinfuldecorus - 09-06-2008
I know I had to reach lvl 35...But now I can't seem to find the one who teaches it? Am I over looking something or...What?
RE: Arrow Crafting..? - GM-Ayu - 09-06-2008
He's pretty close to the location pinpointed in RMS. He's in Morroc. If you warp to Morroc and go northwest along the edge of the crater in the middle, you should see him.
Make sure that you are *JOB* level 35 not base level 35.

Alright thanks
I would have been looking all around Payon if not.

Payon's npc for archer platinum skill is charge arrow, not arrow crafting

One more question...Where can I find Tough Scalelike Stems?
RE: Arrow Crafting..? - GM-Ayu - 09-06-2008
You can use @whodrops itemnamehere and the game will give you top 5 monsters with the highest drop rate for the item. Tough Scalelike Stems is from Stem Worm. South of Aldebaran is the most convenient spot for them.
Good luck on your quest to be an archer
