nah, I've been watching it's history since 07. They've now gone to another *almost free outdated engine.

If it's worth a try, then why not. I really like old school RO though.

New engine =/= good game.

Personally that doesn't really bother me. In fact, recently I need to dig back to the old consoles to find interesting and fun games to play, cause the latest top of the line in tech/graphics/whatever do not match up in actual gameplay quality to some of the older stuff.

I'm certainly open to trying it out.

As for Dragon Nest, too bad it's out here in 2011 only ;p certainly looking forward to that too.

:< I am upset that there are no Dancers what so ever as well as smiths and alchemists. But what the heck is the difference between a Ranger and hunter? >.> They sound like the same thing to me. D: Give me my Dancer back!

*edit*
Just read it up >.> I find it silly to split the Hunter class by Normal skills and Falcon Skills. And call it a 'different class' all together. I just hope that the game doesn't become a 'cookie cutter' build type game that it seems like it is so far. The main aspect of RO that drew me to it was that you could have multiple builds work in their own ways.

RE: Would YOU play the new Ragnarok Online 2? - Aaronock - 08-27-2010 12:25 PM

I'm fine with RO simplifying some shiz to make the game less grindy.
Saying bye to heRO when RO2 comes out cause this looks really promising. The changes to card system are going to make for a heck of a lot less boring grind hopefully.~
