For the God items from the guild treasure box items?
If so, then yes. You give the items to a GM and they give you the item, I believe.

A number of MVPs drop Ice Picks if you truly need/want one (unless that's been edited from the norm).

MVP drops are intact, so yes that's the way to obtain an ice pick.
God items quest are disabled, a new way of obtaining them is in the work, but it doesn't involve anyone getting ice pick, sorry!

just not an mvp person more of a quest. although if ninjas cica hasn't been debuffed on this server yet i might try lod a few hundred times
