I patched BOTH times today and Sakray is fully patched...but when I try to log on heRO it says "Failed to connect to server"

Make sure you patched with the hero patcher. It should be fine

It's just strange that everything else is just fine but my comp won't connect to RO at all.
I tried restarting my comp, resetting my router, resetting my modem, and turning off Windows Firewall.
heRO and Sakray are both fully patched. I got both of today's patches just fine. It just won't let me actually log on. heRO or otherwise =/

If you patched successfully you should be loging in fine.

I'm patched up to 81, and I was on earlier too but it was extremely laggy. Then after I restart my computer it keeps saying 'Failed to connect to server".
Edit: Scratch my statement, I'm back on -_-;;
