I was just wondering. In the eAthena database (and presumably on kRO, not confirmed) there is a mid headgear that resembles a scouter (such as those used by saiyans in DBZ).
It's called an "Observer" in the DB. Is there any chance an item that looks like it might be added to heRO? Maybe as a hatter? Or a quest or something?

Maybe, it's not included in this version of the server, maybe a future one, then we'll see if we decide to make it available or not.

The effect of it is there ingame, it makes perfect sense (sorry the pun) to have an item like this.
