whenever i tried to run patcher..its always failed..
..but its also running..
..so i tried to download the latest patch of heRO but it seem like broken (very slow then error).
.then i also tried to download full patch..(same with latest patch)I don't know what to do now..so i really need help from anyone or GM admin..

make sure you have admin rights on your machine. Make sure your installing into a new folder without any other servers in it. Make sure your firewall isn't blocking the patch. Make sure your isp isn't blocking it either.

Hmm...
THX..but i checked all of it like u said..n i was using admin..no other in folder RO except heRO. My firewall isnt block the patch neither the isp. but it still same like before..

take a screen shot of whats in your RO folder and post it.

As GT said, please take a screenshot of your folder and post it here so we can see what you have.
If the downloading is the problem, try using a download manager.

press print screen then go to paint its start>all programs>accesories> paint
once you are in paint press ctrl then V or just right click then choose paste
