Okay this knight who can't even speak english named C4CHAOS puts his pet right where my pet is dropping fish after i fished. It couldn't have been an accident considering i was way up. So I followed him and asked him to give me my fish back and drop them from his siroma and he refuses, and i keep asking him so he warps away from me. I'm like 99% sure this is illegal and results in at least a ban, and even more so because he can't understand English (thought you needed to to play here?) he's like vip.pro if anybody remembers him... Anyway i would like my fish back and for something to be done.

No proof = no helping in HeRO, I've learned the hard way.
They' don't do anything about no English either. As long as they can say a few words, they're legal.
