Extended Winter of Mysterious Causes - Prontera Nobility News - 03-21-2009 01:28 AM

As the official start of the spring season commences, Prontera continues to be graced by the white snow. During today, snowing resumed since the Christmas holidays as well, puzzling many specialists and wizards alike at the highly abnormal winter. Though areas like the Sograt Deserts and the jungle area along the tribesman of Umbala seem unaffected by the weather phenomenon, the country suffers from highly abnormal low temperature.

Adventurers across the land have said to seen sight of artifacts of mysterious origin within the snowstorms. Here is a said image from one adventurer who has proclaimed to have come across these artifacts.

From common agreements along the witnesses, though these artifacts seem to be more prominent in the snowy and cold regions of the world, some have been sighted although there are no snow or icy precipitation in the region except for a chilly breeze, in both outdoor and indoor regions. A rumored indication of said artifact near the area is the abnormal presence of inhabitants of the extreme cold temperature in the area. It is believed that there can only be a certain amount of these artifacts in the world though...

Currently there is no certain correlation between said artifacts and the abnormal weather, but the citizens of Rune Midgard mostly believe that the two events are no mere coincidences.

Note: Eternal Crystals do *not* ever respawn. There are 50 in total.
There are still 9 in the world (Mar 21, 6:34 PM)

As a "certified meteorology specialist", I must say this troubles me indeed.

This odd weather has increased the rate my falcon excretes his wastes. =\

That excrement may have been my peco droppings. Birds seem to have it in for us humans.

After witnessing the events that led to this snow in the first place from our most loved albino snow bunnies...I would not put it past them to have something to do with this either.

I wish I had time to investigate this matter further, but I do not at this time as I have other matters to attend to that I feel are of further importance to me.

I fail to see why this is a big deal, really. Maybe the weather is just being weird this year.

I mean, I've seen it snow well into April before Sweat

Little Juggy-froo-froo went hopping through Lutie fields picking up the snow bunnies and bopping em on the head Whistle
