Mmm... I read in a forum (another server's one XD) that you can buy the "philosopher stone (item that apparently evolves your homun)" at the alchemist guild.... I cant find it in this server.
Can we buy it or we need to get it from monsters (as a drop of course)?

You can only get it from monsters, it isn't sold on NPCs anymore since some time ago.

Ok... my homun has to have full intimacy? (i mean like being in "best friends" status).
Or if its lvl 99 its the same?

As soon as it gets to Loyal intimacy (901 on @hominfo, I believe, or 911, I always forget it...) you can use the stone of sage then it'll evolve and be back to awkward intimacy.
