| GMs who script cards or even lower-mid tech quests won't necessarily have the technical and coding (ie, not scripting) knowledge to make changes to the Renewal Client, etc.

| @refresh is not just a Renewal command. It's always been in prerenewal, but many servers have it turned off, but it also negates aftercast delay when used.
