It is a problem, you need sakray/ragray. You have to download the Full Installer.

Win7 is awesome! I never had any problems with it... @Rusted - Did you open the HeROpatcher.exe file to let HeRO update?

It doesn't freeze at 95%, just wait a bit, sometimes it takes a while at a certain percentage.
