| I don't know the usually's of it as I've never had a problem with any server before this.
Admittedly it's a learning experience. However, it is beyond aggrevating and actually quite angering. |

Nono, you don't login to the CP to submit a support ticket. Just click on Support Tickets on the left, enter your ID and info, and then the ban issue.
