Sign Quest Fail/Lucifer's Lament

So I recently completed the sign quest and received Lucifer's Lament. I was unaware that you could craft arrows out of it, and while mass crafting I... accidentally hit Lucifer's Lament. Yes, I do know it was an incredibly stupid mistake.

I highly doubt it, but is there any possible way to get said item back without having to spend another three days doing the quest again?

I doubt you can have another one without doing the quest.

As a random addendum, I was unable to give Serin her ring back, so now I'm stuck with it. I tried to give it back multiple times, during the quest, buit she never took it.

Same thing here, I finally gave up and handed it to a GM (It was Aki if I remember right).

I'm afraid for the Lucifer's Lament you can only do the quest again for it.

As for the ring, yes you can trade it to me or Pandora.

Something similar happened to me.

I died while giving the ring to Serin, so i lost the exp and the ring =P
