Avatar problem

Well no matter what i do i can't seem to upload an avatar for this forum account. I've made sure that the multiple files I've tried to upload repeatedly have been within the 120*120, 10kb limit (sometimes considerably lower just to check) but no luck. Here's the error I get

You need to use the upload via URL option.


Just upload it to a site like tinypic, photobucket or imageshack, then plug in the pic url.
