Change sphinx hat

To upper+middle, rather than the upper+middle+lower it is now.

Why? It'd look awesome with the custom wings. I don't see the two str being an issue, seeing as we already have helm of darkness[1].

Besides, sphinx hat would have to be slotted to get it's slot, so why not?
