You'd either have to lower the price like Taka said or un-card it if you hope to sell it for the price listed. Also you may want to pay for the service to transfer unless you have someone desperate enough to pay for the transfer.

Or wait for....3-4 Months for me to get the money to pay for this and to get enough Vote points to so the transfer if allowed.
