HELPPPP, somethings wrong with my heRO client!

IM DESPERATE!
Whenever I login my new dancer all seems fine
just until, when i open my skills window the game suddenly exits and this message saying "heRO has encoutered a problem etc, etc, etc.
that okay for me since im just trying to job level my dancer but then i accidentally opened my skills window a small message box show up with this message:

I was hoping anyone could help me
i tried patching reloging everything! Heck i even got mad and started punching the monitor in frustration

Try patching both Ragnarok Online and heRO. If that doesn't work you could uninstall, delete everything left in the folder and download the full installer from the heRO website. That will fix it for sure.

Redownload and reinstall. If that doesn't work, your computer is stupid.

my computer is stupid and will remain that way forever.
but the problem was solved not by redownloading it.
but by doing this: i lost hope in my dancer so i made a new one minute before job changing into dancer AGAIN, i minimized the skill window. and when i became a dancer i job leveled again like 5 times. i opened the skill window hoping the game(my Computer at fault ) won't go beserk
and it didnt
it stayed exactly like how it should be but when i maximized the skill window it went beserk so now I dont maximize the skill window.
anyway so problem solved and only with that ;u;
