NPC Item account changer

Is it possible to make an NPC to hold items that you want to exchange between accounts ? So that people dont have to keep bugging others to hold stuff for you ? Or if you drop loot, exit, relog on other account and pick up, you dont lose everything cause you got locked out by a mistake in password ?

Nimitz, there is. Nothing carded can go through it though. I don't know if Pandora would put it in her server though.
