Crashed again, same as ^

• Did you receive the normal RO crash message, or a "heRO is not responding", or did the game exe just close?

• Do you rely on heRO to get your data.grf or rdata.grf? or do you update those grf files yourself via any other methods (from another private or official server)?
Update through the launcher app, I got all the data form hero. I played from like 2016 so it was installment pack from that year and always updating trough Hero launcher

Some note, I think my chance of crashing is like 20%. Most crashes happened on my first login that day. Although sometimes I can get crashed too if I try login again but low chance. There might be some pixel color that crash the client that appears on some frame animation of costume or background but this is just my hunch. I notice costume animation is played on character selection too. ( If I am not mistaken there is some color that can crash the client).
