Game start up problem!!!

i keep getting a pop up that says it can't start the game it says that theres a problem and its called like binkw32.dll or something any idea whats wrong??

yea, you didn't install ro correctly.

1. Download kRO and install it to a folder
   
2. Run ragnarok.exe to patch kRO
   
3. Download Sakray and install it to the EXACT SAME folder as kRO
   
4. Run sakray.exe to patch Sakray
   
5. Download the hero mini patcher and install it to the EXACT SAME folder as kRO and sakray
   
6. Run the hero patcher
   
7. Start heRO.exe by clicking the start button on the patcher.

One suggestion: RO often has problems if not installed in the default directory of C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO

Not sure if you actually need it in the program files folder, or if the next two folders just need to be \Gravity\RO, but try reinstalling it at that location if you chose a custom one. I had this problem when I installed RO at work once, and that turned out to be the problem, the reference location of the program did not change to the new folder I installed to and was looking for C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO

Just a thought, if that doesn't work then follow Miss Pandora's advice

iono cause i have often switched back and forth from C:\Gravity\RO and D: without probs

this is what it says in the DATA.INI

and i have this in the RO folder
heRO.exe
heRO.grf
neoncube.file
uninstal.exe
heRO.ico
heROpatcher.exe

Am i missing something???
becuase i can't download the sakray thing >.<

You're missing.. the whole game! You only have the hero server files, but you need the Ragnarok files too!
