Won't let me on....

Okay, It's me and my problem....again.
I cant connect most of the time and when I manage to get in the game lags very hard and disconnects eventually.

In about 2 months of facing the problem i did many things:
reformatted comp
tried RO from another comp at home
reinstalled RO
called ISP (they say everything is fine)
and I'm sure there's no virus/spyware on my computer
also I guess everything is fine with the server...

Is this the end for me??

When you tried RO from another computer at home, how did it behave? The same or better?

it behaved the same, I think it is somehow related to ISP, but they just keep repeating the same: "scan your computer" or "maybe something wrong with the server"....

If the same happened on both computers the ISP could really be the problem, or somehow you installed wrong on both but I never heard of a wrong install doing that. Did you use the full installer to install?

Contact your ISP again and explain it behaves the same way on both computers so the problem is probably the line?

Do you have any friends that have a laptop that they could bring to your house, if their RO works fine with their home line and not with your than you can 100% tell it's the ISP.
