i just created a acc a while ago and the server doesn't let me log in

what can i do

If you used the _M/_F method, you need to remove the _M/_F at the end of your login name before reloging.

If you used the _M/_F method, you have to remove those letters when you try to log back in.

account: Wowzor_M / password: yellowbird
Relog-in:
account Wowzor / password: yellowbird

On the other hand, you might have typoed your password. If that's the case, send us a ticket with your account info and all the details you can remember about whats in your account (characters/equipments...) to verify if it really is your account.
