Need help with installing RO plz?

This Thread maybe not at the right place, but every time when i double click on HeRo.exe a error bar pops up saying "cant find ijl.dll file"

So that i cant play.

Need help about this, PLEASE~~?any idea? Thx ahead!

Make sure you've downloaded either the full installer or have installed Sakray up to the last update. Not the renewal.
