Since you pointed it out, we've removed the Report part of the section, since indeed all reports should be sent via the ticket system.
ok, while you don't technically report in that section that is were the jail and ban list is so I thought it was justified to have that in the tag. Now who would think to check the help section for the jail and ban list (again always a good read, I especially enjoy the ones where the gms go the extra mile to make it funny).
