I was talking with a fellow miner today and we were discussing the mining hat. She was thinking that it would be like the fishing hat which apparently gives you a lot of the items that is used to make the hat. And while probably to late to help the fishing hat I think its not to late to help the mining hat.
My suggestion is that while wearing the fishing hat one cannot get the bottles, and while wearing the mining at one cannot get orichalcum.
