I've seen so many gears around that don't exist on iRO but do exist here. Looking through RMS I'm curious if certain gears exist here and if so, how they're obtained:

Fish Mouth [0] [Lower Head] Item ID# 5403 (Fish_In_Mouth)

Evolved Small Ribbons [0] [Middle Head] Item ID# 5221 (Pair_Of_Red_Ribbon_)

Robo Eye [0] [Middle Head] Item ID# 5325 (Robo_Eye)

Out of those, only Evolved Small Ribbons are currently obtainable. Dropped by Eye of Surtur (from Muspel) at 0.09%.
